10 YouTube Workouts For When You Don’t Feel Like Working Out
We’ve all been there. You know you should work out, you physically feel fine, but the thought of actually exercising sounds completely unappealing.
You think to yourself, one day off won’t kill me. And that’s true. Rest days are important and should be respected. The problem is when one or two rest days turn into a whole week of zero movement.
Consistency drives results. Studies show that when forming a habit, the consistent behavior you choose (or choose not) to regularly implement actually carves into your neural pathways and makes it easier for you to do it the next time.
So even if you do a short, low-intensity workout, just by doing something helps your brain stick to an exercise routine. You don’t have to wait for motivation to strike, you just do what you know you should and your brain won’t protest (or will at least protest less).
Hopefully now you’re thinking, okay okay, you’ve convinced me. I’ll go workout. Geeze.

Adriene is the Queen of YouTube Yoga and has a class for just about everyone and every situation. Join her for a quick yoga class that will leave you feeling relaxed and zen.
2. 25-minute At Home Cardio For People Who Get Bored Easily by Fitness Blender
Often when we don’t feel like exercising, it’s because we’re growing bored or unexcited about our current routine. This workout will shake you up with diverse moves and a fast pace.
3. 15-minute Ballet Workout by Sarah’s Day
Sarah’s ballet workout lets you stay on the floor for most of the 15 minutes. Throw your hair in a bun and get your toe point on.

Morgan’s core flow class is a gentle yoga flow with some extra spicy variations to engage your inner core and obliques. If you’re looking for a quick yoga class that has a little bit of heat, this one’s for you.

Can’t be bothered to stand up? Roll from the couch onto the floor and you’re ready for this butt blast. You’ll be on the ground this entire workout. Plus, you’ll be working towards a stronger butt. What’s the downside?

Marnie Alton is an LA-based barre instructor and founder of Barre Belle (get it?). She’s trained celeb clients like Jennifer Anniston and Kate Hudson.
The speed for this workout is gentle at first, but it builds up to a nice burn by the end.

One of my go-to lazy workouts is abs because, like glute work, I can pretty much stay lying on the floor. This 15-minute blast is a quick way to build some core strength. Plus, Sarah sets the video to great music, so you don’t have to provide your own.

Get ready to work your abs, inner thighs, butt, and arms in this mat Pilates workout. The beach setting combined with Juliana’s soothing voice will make you feel relaxed despite the actual exercising part.
